Workmanship Warranty – 30 Days

At MultiTrade Services QLD, we are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project. To support this commitment, we offer a 30-day workmanship warranty, effective from the date of job completion.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers any defects or faults arising directly from our workmanship. In the event such an issue is identified within 30 days of completion, we will, at our discretion, rectify the defect at no additional cost to the client.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations by the client or third parties. Natural wear and tear, weather-related damage, or other conditions beyond our control.

Faults related to materials or products supplied by third parties (these may be covered under the relevant manufacturer's warranty). 

Claims Procedure

To make a claim under this warranty, clients must notify us in writing within 30 days of job completion. The notification should include a clear description of the issue, relevant details, and supporting evidence (such as photographs). We will assess the claim promptly and provide a resolution as appropriate.
